HOW it works!
Private events must be booked and deposit paid at least two weeks in advance and are subject to artist availability. To ensure you get the best available time to suit your private event needs, we suggest contacting us 4 weeks in advance. Contact us now!
You Choose the Painting!
When a Private Event is booked, the painting is up to you! You will be given access to our gallery to select the painting of your choice. If you would like something not in our gallery or genre, one of our artists can be commissioned to create a unique or personalized piece for your event!*
Deposit
A deposit for four seats will be collected at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied to your seat reservations at the time of the party. Eventgoers can pay on the date of the event. Normal charges per seat apply.
Minimum size
The minimum number of participants to hold a private event is 10. If you plan on having less than 10 participants, please reach out and we can discuss options. Cancellation of the event must be done 5 days in advance. Cancellations will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
Beer and Wine
Since we are now coming to your event, we do not have beer and wine for sale. You are welcome to include any BYOB, other drinks or food at your event. We do not provide this as part of your event.
